A new footwear model developed to expand the Street category, combining design direction, technical refinement and strong commercial performance. With only three SKUs, Beat reached 6.67% of total sales in three months, helping rebalance the brand’s product portfolio.
Led the replication of 12 footwear models in Asia, managing development across three factories and achieving a 35% cost reduction while maintaining product quality and consistency.
