I’m a Product Development & Design Lead specialized in turning product ideas into production-ready products.

My work sits at the intersection of design, technical development and manufacturing, with a focus on creating products that are not only well designed, but also scalable and ready for production.

Over the past years, I’ve led product development processes for footwear and consumer products, working closely with design teams, factories and suppliers across Argentina, Asia and Latin America.

My experience includes managing the full product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to production and post-launch evaluation.

My background in industrial design allows me to bridge two critical perspectives: creative product design and the technical realities of manufacturing.

My role often involves translating business goals into product strategies, managing development timelines and ensuring alignment across all stages of the product lifecycle.

I’ve built and led product development teams, structured development processes and coordinated cross-functional work between design, production and commercial teams.

Beyond product development, I’m interested in creative processes, communication and interdisciplinary work. My experience includes participating in international design programs, organizing large-scale events and developing independent projects that combine design, strategy and execution.
